Sure, smart locks are all the rage these days… but for a non-techie like myself, I’d stick with the tried-and-tested deadbolt.

My daughter has been telling me to make the switch (because I often lose the keys) but it may still take time before I learn how to use those hi-tech locks.

I’d like to learn more about it, but it seems like wireless everything is the way of the future. If it guarantees as much safety as a regular lock I say why not.

A smart lock for the home sounds like a good idea. I live by myself and most of the time I invest in padlocks, security cameras, have spot lights and dogs around the house for safety. I haven’t considered having a smart lock yet as I haven’t come across it. Will look into this more.

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe it will work for someone like me who tend to forget where I put my keys.

For apartments, maybe. My house still uses them traditional locks. Security cams are okay additions. But, so far, my 8 dogs are doing a great job keeping it secure.
